With the global adoption of carbon emissions targets, trading schemes and penalties for breaking emissions limits, our technology is well suited for the millions of small scale coal boilers in use with hospitals, cement works, campus's, indsutry and more. Our technology is low cost to implement, with real results (independantly proven). A huge shift has occured with Governments around the world in the last 2 years, Global Warming and emissions targets are now a multi billion dollar industry.
Our group has been developing (together with our associates) a clean coal catalyst/additive that can be easily added to the coal feed stream of most boilers (power stations, cement works, steam boilers, hot water boilers etc.) and yield a significant reduction in the noxious pollutants emitted during combustion (sulphur dioxide and nitrogen oxide) and improve boiler efficiency.
Since we started this project the issue of clean coal, heightened environmental concerns, increase investment in environmental solutions, carbon emissions trading schemes, pressure from Governments on coal burning industries to reduce pollution and global warming have increased to the point all industries are looking short, medium and long term solutions.
We are now actively licensing our clean coal catalyst to companies and entrepreneurs so that they can produce our clean coal catalyst for their markets. We believe that each regional market has its own dynamics and local companies are best positioned to produce and market our clean coal technology. Licensees will have the right to produce our clean coal catalyst and market it. The cost of the license is USD 55,000 and USD 0.75 per tonne of clean coal catalyst produced.

Our clean coal catalyst is well developed, tested and intellectual property rights secured in numerous countries.
Our clean coal catalyst can reduces pollutants such as:

Independently tested and proven by the British Coal Research Establishment Group (CRE) and AMEC Process and Energy (copy of reports and letters available). Substantial testing conducted in-field, in Xian, China supervised by AMEC Process and Energy (copy of letters and report available) and other groups.

The main components are oxidizers, additives and desulphurisers. Our clean coal catalyst is excellent in saving energy, improving combustion efficiency, removal of sulphur and reducing other emissions. The key material can be manufactured by chemical laboratory in the same way as other industrial chemicals such as fertilizers, additives etc.
The clean coal catalyst is marketed in solid powder form and comes in four colours white, gray, black and pink. The clean coal catalyst is non-toxic, convenient to use, safe and reliable.
The clean coal catalysts effect on the coal combustion process includes:
- 10% to 25% saving on the amount of feed coal used.
- 40% to 75% decrease in sulphur dioxide emissions.
- More than 40% decrease in nitrogen oxides emissions.
- Reduced corrosion of coal burners.
- Extended service life of coal combustion facilities.
- Increased thermal efficiency. The thermal efficiency of the boiler increased by 7% to 10%.
- Reduced smoke density.
- Improved output of boiler. The output of the boiler increased by 9% to 15%
- Increases temperature in the combustion chamber (within safe limits). Highest temperature of the flame in the combustion chamber increased by 50 to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Enhances the carbon oxygen reaction.
- Reduced residual carbon content in slag. The carbon content of the slag reduced by 7% to 13%.
Our clean coal catalyst can be applied to almost all kinds of industrial and domestic boilers. A simple metered dispenser is located on the feed belt to dispense the clean coal catalyst at a specific rate and ratio. This is a major advantage over other technologies as the cost to implement our clean coal catalyst is small and does not require old equipment to be replaced.
Our clean coal catalyst can be dispensed directly onto coal in powder form if the coal has a moisture content exceeding 10%. If the moisture content is less than 10%, then our clean coal catalyst is dissolved in water and is sprayed onto the coal feed stream. The application rate of the clean coal catalyst is about 0.2% of feed coal by weight.
Our clean coal catalyst produced from several specific, tested formulas. Our clean coal catalyst uses readily available, economically priced chemicals including Potassium Permanganate, Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Carbonate. Light Calcium Carbonate, Ferric Trioxide, Sodium Chloride and Zinc Oxide.
