Motorcycle Wheels Available to suit popular models (HD, Polaris etc.).

Outstanding finish and strength. Forged motorcycle wheels are very a popular aftermarket accessory. Our wheels feature industry leading soft lip design to add depth to the design, CNC machined design and highly polished finish.

Our wheels are forged using a 300 ton SSB rotary forge. This forging process orientates and aligns the aluminum grain structure in a radial pattern for maximum strength. Each forged blank is then processed by a computer controlled flow forming machine that creates the rim profile. The rim profile is flowed into a set of dies, this enables us to achieve the distinctive "soft lip design".

Each wheel is then heat treated, the pattern is then machined into the blank with CNC vertical mills. the wheel is then polished to a mirror finish, tested and final inspection completed. Our wheels are supplied to OEM's in the US.

Chroming is also available.
