Our company is a diversified group with interests in automotive and motorcycle manufacturing, mining and quarrying, minerals and metals sales and general trading between Australia and China including outsource manufacturing.
Our company manufactures three-wheel motorcycles (trikes) for the road. These are sold under our two brands of Rewaco (WWW. Rewaco. Com. Au) and GTM TRIKES (WWW. Trikes. Com. Au) . Our trikes are primarily sold in Australia and New Zealand, however we are in the process of expanding sales to USA. Our trikes are very popular and ride along side some of the most popular bike names.
The company has a trading division specializing in scrap metals, mineral ores including chrome, nickel, iron, manganese and coal. Our primary market is China, however we intend to supply materials to other markets as they develop.
Our company has existing, well developed relationships in North America on the investment and equities side. Our group has access to resources and expertise required to take your company public through a reverse merger. The US market continues to be an outstanding market for capital raising and a market that appreciates the value of a company. The North American equity markets provide excellent options for shareholders to explore and pursue an ultimate exit strategy.
